K20a Engine Harness (RHD)

Harness Features:

• Concentric Twisted Core which provides increased reliability by even strain relief across all wires and offers greater flexibility when routing your harness through the engine bay.
• The Core is sleeved in Raychem DR-25 Heatshrink which also includes multiple branches of the harness where protection against heat and abrasion is essential.
  • What is Raychem DR-25? It has a high continuous operating temperature of 150°C, offers superior mechanical protection and abrasion resistance, resistant to fluids including aviation and diesel fuels, hydraulic fluids and lubricating oils. Raychem DR-25 is used extensively in ruggedised applications such as military vehicles and commercial aircraft.
• Extra Length on MAP/IAT/TPS/IACV/EVAP connector branches to suit aftermarket intake manifolds.
• Connectors labelled to aid in installation.
• Integrated lower Sub-harness for Crank/Knock/Starter/Alternator (you will need to use your old Starter/Alternator battery cables or alternatively these can be purchased brand new from us. Quote your Harness Serial Number for a reduced price).
• Braided Glass Fibre sleeving on O.P.S connector beside exhaust manifold (rated to 200°C).
• Dash Temperature sensor connector for K-Swap applications.
• Charge light wire & dash temperature sensor loose wires at ecu connectors to aid in K-Swap applications for connecting to a conversion harness (disregard if not using in a K-Swapped chassis).
• Custom Bulkhead Plate – Additional blanked holes are to accommodate our battery relocation kit or additional wiring (such as alarms/aftermarket gauges/sensors etc.) for a hassle free install.
• Injector Sub-harness as standard, looking to upgrade your injectors in the future? Simply disconnect it from the main harness and connect your new upgraded Sub-harness available from us!

 You will need a conversion harness if using in an EK/EG/DC etc, this is a replacement for the main K20a engine harness.

This harness will be supplied with an OEM Injector Sub-Harness as standard.
